Minimal Frame Projects UK engineers, specifies and installs structural glass and minimal-frame architectural glazing across London and Surrey — the frameless assemblies where the glass carries its own load, and the slimmest sliding, pivot and window systems made.
Structural glass asks more of a contractor than almost any other element of a building. The glass is the structure, so it cannot be adjusted on site, cannot be value-engineered once it is drawn, and cannot be installed by anyone who is not used to handling it. Getting it right is an engineering problem before it is ever a building problem.
We work on glass roofs and atria, frameless glass walls and box structures, walk-on glass floors and pavement lights, bespoke fixed and automated rooflights, frameless balustrades, and fire-rated structural glass including fire-rated internal walk-on floors. Projects range from a single glass roof over a stairwell to fully glazed extensions and commercial entrance façades.
We are based in Surbiton and work across London and the Home Counties, with the restricted access, party wall and conservation constraints that come with London and the surrounding counties. Clients, architects and main contractors all come to us for the same reason: one team, one contract and one set of dates, from the first conversation through to the final seal.

Your glass and systems are produced by Vitrocsa, Schüco, Solarlux, Velfac and specialist laminated-glass producers, to our drawings and our specification, with the certification we require.
Installation — our own teams
Handling, setting, sealing and protecting the glass on site is carried out by our own installers, never subcontracted out.
